Many creative operators think an online shop is the ideal tool to sell their creations. Running an own web shop however has its own operational, juridical and financial reality. What’s a good web shop? What’s happening behind the scenes? How do you combine e-commerce with physical points of sale? To answer those questions, Flanders DC organized an e-commerce lab for creative persons in Brussels on May 23. In addition to theory, advice and tips and tricks, several real-life cases were used as well.
